Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Laakh, every bangle is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans from Rajasthan and Bihar. Since each piece is handmade and delicate, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are a natural part of its uniqueness and should not be considered defects.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  with all tags intact.
• A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.
• An uninterrupted unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible, is mandatory to claim any refund, replacement, or exchange. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at houseoflaakh@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
• The complete unboxing video.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products that have been used or worn.
• Orders where no unboxing video is provided.
• Minor variations in colour, texture, embellishments, or finish
  that naturally occur in handcrafted products.
• Customized or personalised products.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items.
• Gift cards.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your request. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
